Seeing as I'm still posting everyday until the end of July, I thought I'd do a "current favourites" post to show what products and items I've loved recently.
Porter Magazine: For those who don't know, Porter Magazine is associated with Net-A-Porter the website for Luxury goods. I will forever have a subscription that gets the magazine straight to my door. Possibly the greatest magazine in the latest decade (in my opinion) as I feel like Vogue UK has just become a monthly subscription of the latest adverts from brands.
Necklace: Ever since I bought this necklace as an 18th Birthday gift to myself, I've worn it all the time. It is an 18ct Gold-Plated necklace with my name "Erika" written on it. It's a personal meaningful gift to myself. Carrie Bradshaw vibes, I just haven't lost mine yet and then rediscovered it.
Metal Bracelet: In the recent years, magnetic bracelets have become more popular for their health benefits. I wear mine daily. Here's a bit of background of these bracelets:
"Magnetic therapy is a popular alternative treatment which goes back thousands of years, dating all the way back to the Egyptian pharaohs. Many believe that just because a therapy is ancient, that means it has to be good, with far-reaching health benefits. But is that really the case? The answer is: probably not.
For example, the idea behind wearing magnetic bracelets is that the magnets work by realigning the magnetic fields in our body. This realignment is supposed to not only improve the way we feel – especially if we have specific chronic or muscle pain - but the way we perform overall as well."
Ouai Hair Oil: Ouai, the brand, has received much recognition for their wave spray that's used by many celebrities. That's why I knew I needed to get my hands on both the hair Oil and the wave spray.
Mario Badescu Facial Spray: Mario Badescu's Rose water spray is debatedly one of the most raved about skincare products that's ever been on the market. So it was only acceptable that I needed to purchase the "Aloe, Cucumber and Green tea" spray once it became available in the U.K.
Hangover Primer: As I'm a member of the "oily face" squad, a hangover is a must before I apply makeup. It's not my favourite Primer that I own (the bare minerals illuminating Primer is life-changing!)
ABH Brow Gel: If you still haven't found the "one", by that I mean a Brow gel that won't make your eyebrows move an inch, then try this one out. Definitely the best one I've ever owned!
Stila Eyeshadow: This Eyeshadow is a game changer for you Eyeshadow lovers out there! It's so incredibly pigmented and it lasts for hours on end.
ABH Contour: At the moment this is my go-to contour shade in Camel.
Estée Lauder Foundation: The double wear foundation is an OG foundation that's been on the market. I don't use this everyday seeing as one use is probably worth £5 (I joke), i keep it for special occasions as it allows flawless application!
Ouai Haircare: I've already mentioned the hair Oil above, but the wave spray is perfect to create those effortless waves for day-to-day life!
